Recruitment Consultant
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for guiding candidates toward international career opportunities while actively contributing to business growth through recruitment and sales efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of overseas recruitment processes, candidate handling, and conversion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle candidate inquiries professionally and convert potential leads into successful enrollments
- Guide candidates on international job opportunities, application procedures, and migration processes
- Conduct counseling sessions (both online and offline) to understand candidate profiles and career goals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent follow-ups with leads and applicants
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, processing, and client requirements
- Post job openings on various job portals and actively source relevant candidate profiles
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and employer expectations
- Analyze CVs, assist in CV preparation, and rewrite profiles to meet international standards
- Prepare candidates for interviews through proper guidance, mock sessions, and screening support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in International recruitment
- Must have a degree or above qualification
- Strong knowledge of job posting platforms and CV sourcing techniques
- Good understanding of CV analysis, preparation, and professional rewriting
- Experience in candidate screening and interview preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented with a strong ability to convert leads into successful clients
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
