Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Duration: 6 Months Internship
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is interested in building a career in HR Department. The intern will work closely with the HR team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support in posting job openings on different hiring platforms
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Assist in onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates
• Support employer branding and LinkedIn hiring activities
• Work closely with the HR team on hiring targets and recruitment drives

Requirements

• MBA / BBA with interest in HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is preferred
• Comfortable interacting with candidates and coordinating interviews
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
