Job Title - Management Trainee (US Recruiter)
Location - Whitefield, Bangalore
Shift time - 6.30 pm to 3.30 am (Night Shift)

Requirement:

Bachelors/Master's degree with excellent communication
Comfortable for night shift & work from office
Candidates must have some knowledge on recruitment

Role and Responsibilities:

• Source profiles from different job portals and screen the resumes as per the requirements
• Cold calling, Scheduling interviews, Negotiating with the candidates and help them with the onboarding process.
• Understand job requirements and able to cover the requirements within a specific time limit
• Working with Leads and Managers to achieve their targets on timely manner

1st round - Virtual

2nd round - Aptitude Test

3rd - Virtual
