Job Summary

The Sales Trainee will undergo structured training to learn the company's products, sales processes, customer handling, and market development activities. The role involves supporting sales operations, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets under the guidance of senior sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the company's products, services, and sales processes.
• Conduct market visits and identify potential customers.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Promote and sell company products in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely collection of customer documents and payments.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and activity updates

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
