Customer Support Executive

Full job description

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to insurance policies.
• Assist customers with policy information, renewals, claims status, and premium details.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries within defined TAT.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for claim processing and issue resolution.
• Explain insurance products, coverage, exclusions, and benefits to customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
