Intern – Investment Banking

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking motivated interns to join our Investment Banking team. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial research, deal analysis, and preparation of client materials, providing an excellent learning opportunity in corporate finance and cross-border transactions.

Responsibilities:
Carry out extensive industry or company research and target data required for identification and assessment of possible investment banking mandates.
Prepare detailed reports, market overviews, and investor profiles.
Assist in developing investment memoranda, pitch decks, teasers, management presentations, and financial models.
Support outreach to potential companies via email or phone when required.
Track sector trends, market developments, and deal activity.

Qualification:
Pursuing MBA / CA / CFA / Graduation in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong research, quantitative, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively.
