Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day banking operations, including NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and other fund transfers.
• Prepare and process bank payment requests accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with banks for account opening, KYC updates, and documentation.
• Monitor daily bank balances and cash flow.
• Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle cheque deposits, cheque issuance, and bank-related documentation.
• Process inward and outward remittances.
• Maintain records of bank guarantees, letters of credit (LC), and other banking instruments.
• Coordinate with internal departments for payment approvals and banking requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
• Prepare banking reports, MIS, and payment summaries.
• Follow up with banks regarding transaction status, charges, and account-related queries.
• Support treasury and finance teams in daily banking activities.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of banking operations and payment systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in banking operations, finance, or accounts.
• Knowledge of trade finance, LC, BG, inward/outward remittances, and banking documentation.
• Experience working with ERP/Tally or other accounting software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
