About the Internship

SPCTRM PE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Finance Intern to assist the management team in an ongoing fund-raising initiative. The selected intern will gain hands-on exposure to the complete fund-raising lifecycle, including investor outreach, financial analysis, business presentations, due diligence support, and transaction execution.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior management and participate in real-world capital raising activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and refinement of investor pitch decks and presentations.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Support preparation of business plans, financial projections, and investment memorandums.
• Assist in collecting, organizing, and managing due diligence documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and meeting notes.
• Assist in maintaining fundraising trackers and investor databases.
• Support management in various strategic and corporate finance initiatives.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed BBA, B.Com, MBA, Finance, Economics, CA Inter, CFA (Level I), or related fields.
• Decent analytical and research skills.
• Good command of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in corporate finance, investments, venture capital, private equity, and fundraising.

• Financial modeling (basic understanding).
• Presentation design.
• Business research.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
