Job Posting: Finance & Accounts Associate
Location: Hyderabad (In-Office) Type: Full-Time (Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
About the Role
We are a fast-paced automobile accessories startup looking for a proactive Finance & Accounts Executive to anchor our day-to-day financial operations. This isn't just a desk job; you will be the bridge between our factory, sales team, and management, ensuring our financial workflow is as seamless as our production line.

Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Billing Operations
- Daily Billing: Generate and process sales invoices and receipts for all generated orders.
- Payment Management: Reconcile weekly sales receipts and vendor payments with bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- Reconciliation: Manage the reconciliation of purchase orders, vendor invoices, and payments to keep the supply chain moving.
2. Reporting & Inventory Management
- MIS & Financials: Prepare monthly MIS reports, Profit & Loss statements, and Assets/Liabilities reports for management.
- Stock Tracking: Manage inventory records and prepare stock statements to ensure factory production aligns with accounting.
- Compliance: Reconcile and process GST, ITC, TDS, and Professional Tax payments.
3. Cross-Functional Synergy
- Workflow Optimization: Work closely with the Sales and Factory teams to ease operational friction and ensure orders are fulfilled and billed correctly.
- Team Liaison: Coordinate with vendors for onboarding and handle queries regarding pay slips and tax compliance.
- Internal Payroll: Process monthly salaries, rents, and recurring operational expenses.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CA Semi-Qualified candidates are highly encouraged.
- Software: High proficiency in Tally and Advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing or automobile service centres is preferred.
- Attributes: Excellent multitasking abilities and a commitment to maintaining strict financial confidentiality.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
