Part-Time Research Analyst (Defense Industry Research)

Role:
Research and analyze companies operating in the defense and military technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify defense-focused companies globally / in India
• Research:
• Products & defense systems
• Revenue streams
• Government contracts / tenders
• Partnerships and suppliers
• Manufacturing capabilities
• Financial performance
• Competitive landscape
• Export/import activity
• R&D developments
• Track defense procurement announcements
• Prepare concise research reports
• Build structured company profiles in spreadsheets / presentations
• Monitor updates from defense agencies and company filings

Required Skills

• Strong internet and desk research
• Financial/company analysis
• Ability to read annual reports
• Familiarity with defense sector terminology
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets
• Report writing
• Attention to detail

Preferred

• Experience with defense, aerospace, industrial, or equity research
• Understanding of procurement ecosystems (e.g., India MoD, NATO, US DoD)

Time Commitment

• 10–20 hours/week (part-time)

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
