What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective customers through leads provided by the company.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Sell Professional Indemnity, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Motor Insurance products.
• Build trust through meaningful conversations and long-term relationships.
• Follow up with customers and ensure a seamless buying experience.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Who We're Looking For

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Passion for interacting with people and building relationships.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle objections and confidently communicate solutions.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates are welcome.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in sales, telecalling, banking, BFSI, insurance, retail, or customer service will have an added advantage.
