Event Manager

Full job description

-Plan and organize coffee tasting events, product launches, equipment demonstrations, and brand activation campaigns

-Coordinate with cafés, retailers, and corporate partners to host exclusive coffee experiences and workshops

-Manage event budgets and negotiate with vendors, venue owners, and catering partners

-Oversee logistics for trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events (setup, equipment, sampling, registration)

-Develop creative event concepts that highlight coffee products and equipment features

-Build and nurture relationships with café owners, distributors, and key stakeholders

-Create marketing collateral and promotional strategies to drive event attendance

-Conduct post-event analysis and prepare comprehensive reports on ROI and customer feedback

-Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during food and beverage events

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
